Sandwich Or 'A' Boards
Design Renaissance has access to a variety of suppliers for 'A' boards and we also fabricate our own version of a double sided 'kick out support' sign.
One variety we supply is produced by Endurosign and is constructed from moulded plastic. These flipover so that the graphics face is protected when in transport or storage. The are produced in three colours (black, white and yellow) and in two sizes 450mm X 600mm and 600mm X 900mm. The signs are light weight with 'soft' edges and a carry handle. They have weights in the feet to make them stable in windy conditions.
Another supplier can provide us with the three varieties of 'A' boards shown below. These include a powdercoated metal framed sign range with a colourbond sheet steel graphics face. These signs can have the face rivetless or riveted for extra strength. The framing is powdercoated white or black. The signs have a lock out hinge to keep them in a stable open position. They are produced in a range of sizes.
The sidewalker 'A' board is another variation measuring 1100 X 650mm. This is supplied with kits of lettering which allow you to create your own message on the sign face. This is easily changed from day to day.
The Carrera is quite a different solution in the 'A' board category. It is all plastic and has a single vertical graphics face which is double sided and supported by slotting into a shaped plastic base. The vertical graphics face can be sign written and cut to the shape of the graphics if required.
The Design Renaissance solution is different to all of the above. Our 'A' board can be constructed to any size or dimension you require. It is made up of square tubular white plastic framing which supports a double side colourbond sheet steel or aluminium graphics face. A swivelling 'kick out' cross arm at the base can be moved to a 90 degree position to support the sign.
There are many other variations to free standing signage that we can also manufacture for you individually at Design Renaissance. Examples include the steel version of the Carrera above but using steel framing, a colourbond sheet steel face and horizontal steel cross legs for support. We can also construct the signs which stand on a single steel pole support with crossover horizontal feet at the base and a single or double sided (shaped if you require) graphics panel at the top. We can also construct any size and dimension of the standard metal 'A' frame with or without wheels and made to suit any unique requirements you may have.
SO YOU WANT THE LOWEST COST 'A' BOARD!!
DON'T DISCOUNT THE SIMPLEST SOLUTION OF ALL... GET US TO FOLD A SHEET OF 0.8MM WHITE COLOURBOND SHEET STEEL INTO AN 'A' BOARD SHAPE. IT'S STRONG AND DURABLE, VERY STABLE, THE PERFECT WEIGHT, EASY TO MOVE AROUND, AND EASY TO SIGN WRITE. GREAT FOR SMALL 'A' BOARDS AND EVEN TABLE TOP SIGNS. IF NEED A LOT OF THE SAME SIGN THEN THESE STACK WELL TOO.
