In addition to the standard sign writing capacity which includes traditional hand painting and more contemporary computer cut vinyl techniques, Design Renaissance also has large format digital printers and also a large format vacuum laminating press.
We can supply any of your internal display requirements ranging from small cardboard or foamboard notices and pricing statements to wall posters and hanging vertical or horizontal banners with full photographic digitally printed output producing stunning results.
The digital printing capacity provides enormous flexibilty for combining images and text graphics to produce one off display solutions normally only available cost effectively to large franchised retail outlets. These graphics can be produced on vinyl which is suitable for long term outdoor or indoor use and also banner vinyl (indoor or outdoor stable) plus flag material and back lit transparency material. We can print up to 1350mm wide and any length. We can tile prints to produce any size billboard or display you can imagine.
The large format vacuum press is a unique piece of equipment which enables us to laminate the usual 2 dimensional materials and also low profile solid objects to a rigid substrate thereby enabling such materials to be displayed but at the same time protected from touching or theft. Examples of the sort of things that can be laminated by this method include fabrics and lace, coins, fleece and leather samples, plant specimens, soil specimens, nuts and bolts and nails etc etc. This process can be done over the top of digitally printed images and graphics or computer cut graphics can be added after the laminating process. The substrates using can be anything that can withstand the heating process such as MDF board, maisonite, solid timber, metal sheet, glass sheet etc. The press can handle substrate 1500mm X 2100mm.
